Fixes:
Some more various ability-related fixes involving typos in the code.
I'm not sure what caused the draw-card predictability bug, but on my machine right now it doesn't exibit it, so I'm assuming the change I made helped.
Changes:
Abilities SHOULD now not count as succeeding if they don't end up doing anything- this means healing a unit that hasn't been damaged, or healed since it was damaged, shouldnt dizzy a priest or a totem.
