There was a problem with sending the activation emails, so I went through and manually deleted all the unactivated accounts. You should be able to re-create them.

Edit: err, I accidentally deleted two verified accounts. Fortunately they were both "just started" (no games played) but if you see your verified account missing strangely that's why.
