Well, the server's working okay it seems. I'm not sure why some pages seem to think they're encoded in Japanese, but that can be worried about later. I'm working on putting up the new forums and getting this up and running very soon.

Edit: Well, they sort of are up and running now, but I haven't got around to setting a lot of the options and stuff yet...
