New server and client versions (with a new protocol number). Lots of changes here...
1. The client is now vastly redesigned. The grave is now in it's own tab, the buttons are moved, and there are new buttons.
2. The "Cancel" button both does /attackcancel in your attack phase and resets ability/etc targeting
3. The "Surrender" button needs to be clicked twice.
4. There are new animations. They're kinda buggy sometimes, and I haven't put up the option to turn them off yet (that's going to be a few days) but if they're a problem i'll upload a client which doesn't use them until I get them fixed.
5. the data sending runs a little faster.
