Alright, after a few weeks of letting things settle, I went back to fix some bugs.
- That block bug should be fixed.
- Plateau of Shades doesn't fleet cards that weren't speed summoned with it, any more
- A few other minor issues have been solved.
- It now tells you the slot number of the target card of a spell or ability
