Tournament updates

Round 2 of Fall 2004 tournament is complete.

Dragontail and oranji kuma are the only dropouts
and Zelis vs Talon Jennings is still pending.

In other news the PADC tournament is getting organized

and the Prime Only Tournament is accepting signups.

Prime set only unless stated otherwise.
1 Mana Bucket, 1 Magic Skull, and 1 Magic Orb maximum per deck.
Maximum of 5 of each creature.
Minimum of 30 cards in a deck.
Memory Sprite, Slime Cannon and Killer Shadow, Sun Fountain, Moon Fountain, and Ritual Fountain are the only exceptions to the prime only rule.
Must have a forum account so we have a contact resouce.
No entry fee.
