Time for an insane tournament that will surely lead to mass mayhem and the destruction of the human race as we know it. We like to call it...

Shigatsu 2: Revenge of the Baka

Here are the rules, try to keep up.

1) You must have at least 30 cards in your deck.
2) No more than 5 of any one card name in a deck.
3) Games are 2/3.
4) If you are decked, the tourney win goes to the player with more life. Ties means the person who ran out of cards loses.
5) If you have more than or equal to 30 total mana, you lose.
6) If you play a card that causes you to draw more than 1 card, you lose.
7) If you have less dark mana than your opponent, you may not play effects.
8) The first card played must be a location.
9) If you have less light mana than your opponent, you may not play monsters.
10) No switching decks between matches with the same opponent.
11) If you have less grey mana than your opponent, you may not play spells.
12) See rule #18.
13) The monster with the lowest total mana cost in play may not be declared as an attacker. Nor can any monster tied for lowest total mana cost. 0 mana monsters don't count.
14) Rules 15, 16, and 17 don't exist. Ignore any rule numbered 15-17 or any rule referencing rules 15-17 except this one.
15) If you have an eternal in your deck, ignore rule 7.
16) If you have an eternal in your hand, ignore rules 9 and 15.
17) If you have an eternal in your graveyard or play, ignore rules 11 and 15.
18) If you lose a game, you may choose to invalidate any rule for any remaining games.
19) You may not invalidate rule 18.
20) No switching decks between matches with the same opponent.
