There is a set of criteria I have chosen to determine if someone is 'close'. If they overshoot, make it more complicated with tonnes of stuff, then I don't count it.[

However, someone just got it. It's not, obviously, exactly what I have calculated (what I actualy have calculated would make your calculator explode) but it meets the crieteria.
