Now that people have had a chance to play around with them, I've taken some forum advice regarding balance.

CARD DATA UPDATE 9/17/2005
- Life Projector takes 8 life instead of 10
- Mubble Woods is cheaper
- GI Guy's ability is cheaper and got a minor stat buff
- Agent of MANTIS (War) - Ability costs 1 Grey
- Drecker (war)- Slight stat buff
- Security Button - cheaper
- Ribbon - cheaper
- Slow-All -Cheaper
- Ramjet Arms - now double-dizzies and heals, and is cheaper
- Prince of Mittlegreens - cheaper
- Wrench - 40% instead of 20%
- Sheena - Ability activation cost is now 2L instead of 1L
- Starship Blockade - Stat buff
- Basil Flint - now dizzies only half the time instead of 60%
- SHAB Card - cheaper
- Coffee Shops are Closed Day - now Zero
- Time Machine - Now 9 instead of 11G
- Sporkman: Sac now 4-3 instead of 4-4.
- Sheena: now attacks for 65.
- Bizarre Bazaar - spelled right (I actually checked this first, too)
